I think he will get a kick out of this picture when he gets older. I know that my wife and I will still be looking back at it and laugh.
My father told me that these kinds of pictures will be the norm until my daughter is 4 or so. I hope you don't have the same luck since Rylan doesn't seem as shy as my daughter.
Next year we'll get to see big brother Rylan with Santa! Can't wait!

BTW: Are you going to have a friendly bet or a poll on Rylan's siblings gender and b-day?
That could be a baby shower game with the prize money going towards the new baby's college fund.
I am not sure if there will be a baby shower this time around. We were not the ones who through it together last time. Well see what happens.

I've heard that it's not customary to have a 2nd baby shower, but I think a little get together to celebrate the new baby is only fair. I never understood why the first pregnancy is typically the only one to get the shower. Granted you should already have most of the stuff you'll need, but it would be nice for the new baby to have their own new things like a few small dolls and who wouldn't need some smaller sized diapers? I think this 2nd shower should really just be a small family get together time in celebration of the new baby. Besides that, if I were pregnant I'd love my family members each to bring a dish or treat like potluck style, that I like (especially my sister?s fudge) that they made as well as some cake with ice cream.
